1) Land Conservation Incentives - What tax incentives are available to Florida residents to conserve their ecology important land? Are these incentives
being taken advantage of? Why or why not?

2) Freshwater Access and Environmental Justice - Are there significant Environmental Justice concerns in Seminole County concerning access to freshwater bodies? What are potential concerns regarding water quality?

3) HOAs and Development in Seminole County - What legal protections are afforded to conservation lands in Florida? How can we increase these protections and how do we pay for it?
