COMMITTEE GOALS FOR 2025-2026

• Publicize League events and initiative internally to League membership and externally to media
• Increase visibility for League initiatives via social media
• Continue to generate visibility and attendance for Hot Topics monthly through advance publicity and follow-up
• Continue to manage graphic design and website look
• Continue to provide the League and its Committees with graphics and design support as needed

COMMITTEE ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2024

• Designed, wrote, published 52 weekly newsletters with avg. open rate at 66%
• Number of opened newsletters: 85,818
• Managed website, updated its colors, design, graphics, links
• Managed publicity monthly for Hot Topics with releases, graphics, listings, social media
• Created graphics for over two dozen League events & initiatives
• Organized weekly email blasts promoting over two dozen League events
• Created social media postings weekly promoting League events
• Facebook subscribers: 4.6 thousand; significant rise due to increased videos, live streams
• Instagram subscribers: 1.5 thousand
• You Tube subscribers: 283, an increase of 436%
• Photographed two dozen League events, posted photos on website, Facebook
