The League of Women Voters of Orange County has a history of more than 80 years in this community as an activist, grassroots organization whose members believe citizens should play a critical role in advocacy.  We do not endorse or oppose political candidates or parties at any level of government.  Our advocacy positions are based on the merits of each issue, after careful study and consensus.

We wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving, as well as Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals.  And after all that consuming, we invite you to join with others around the world in a Global Day of Giving.  On November 30th, #GivingTuesday, go to, log in if you are a member, and give in support of our fight to protect the gifts of democracy.  Not a member but ready to help the League?  We welcome your gifts, just visit our Donations page .   Then, spread the word and encourage friends and family to take part in the giving.

We're looking forward to seeing you in-person again at our holiday festivities.  On the menu from Cuisiniers:  Salmon, chicken, roasted asparagus and carrots, potatoes dauphinois, beverage and dessert.
Vegetarian upon request.  Must be pre-ordered ASAP--contact Karen Estrin
Our program includes entertainment by Lynn Peghiny, as well as member recognition.

With the Supreme Court threatening Roe v Wade, we need to band together to protect abortion access in Florida and across the country. Come jam out, take action, and rise up with live music, spoken word, and story from our community on why we stand against abortion bans.
