Black Lives Matter, Defund the Police, Excessive Police Force, De-Escalation Training are all terms we have added to our vocabulary in recent years.  In the abstract we know what these are but, how do they apply to our country and the city?  Sheriff John Mina and Chief Orlando Rolon (above ctr. & r.) will share their public safety perspectives and we will have Attorney Jerry Girley (above left) with his view as a civil rights litigator.  We are pleased to announce an additional panelist.  Mr. Kevin Anderson (above lower right) is the resident partner of Anderson & Welch, LLC, in West Palm Beach, Florida. He practices exclusively in the areas of criminal litigation and police liability.
 
Our moderator, Dr. Stan Stone, (below left) brought the Police Academy to Valencia College and for 25 years was the administrator tasked with direct oversight of the Criminal Justice Institute there.
