Assault Weapons are on the rise.  In the 10 years prior to 2004 there were 12 mass shootings with 200 victims.  Through August 30th of this year alone there have been 17 mass shootings with 174 victims. Our panel will provide a comprehensive overview of the issues.  Be informed with facts as you speak to your elected representatives to advocate for solutions…

 

Our panelists will be US Congressional Rep. for Florida’s 7th Congressional District, Stephanie Murphy; Orange County Sheriff John Mina, and Candace Crawford, the President/CEO of the Mental Health Association of Central Florida.  Our moderator for this outstanding panel will be Chief Judge of the 9th Judicial Circuit, Donald A. Myers.
