Continue to work with the police department to be more visible, effective in fighting crime, and responsible to all communities and establish two (2) new police substations, within the district, which would include the Washington Shores and Metro West communities; b.) Continue to address the need for additional traffic signals and road improvements and the building of a new fire station in the Washington Shores area; and c.) Continue to work with City Economic Development Planners, and local business owners and developers to invest, remodel, renovate and /or build new businesses, shopping centers and affordable and attainable housing and additional housing for seniors.
