Why are you running for this office, and what qualities and
skills do you bring to this position?
Time for a change .I believed in 2004 when I ran for the first
time it was time for change and in 2008 ,I still believe that. What
I offer as the next city commissioner is a progressive thinkinker
to a able to help solve some of the problems that's affecting the
city.

What are the top 3 priority issues facing your community, and
what actions would you take to address them if elected to office?
Crime is the consumption of all the issues that everyone is concerned
about. But to attack crime you must attack it on 3 different fronts.
Police front,education front and employment front.If you don't address
the drop out rate and graduation rate and the unemployment rate
in some of these communities. It just becomes a cat and mouse game
between criminals and the police. So one of the things we have to
do is reinvest in our youth.The city has to change it's policy at
the Department of Recreation which limit kids up to the age of 14
able to participate in the after school program and the summer program.
So you have 15,16, and 17 year old with limited structural options.Then
the streets become their number one option. I believe changing the
age limit is not the absolute answer, but it's a start. Most crimes
