	Why are you running for this office, and what qualities and skills do you bring to this position? Winter Garden has doubled in size since 2000 and the infrastructure necessary to support nearly 30,000 residents is sorely lacking. Our roads and schools are overburdened and we have a shortage of quality parks and recreation centers. Our City has scrapped the 40+ million dollar parks expansion and is slow in attracting new economic development. Our city is set to add 20,000 new residents over the next 10-15 years and we need to have a plan in place to accommodate this in advance. As your Mayor I will work to get infrastructure in place to catch up with the explosive growth that has been allowed to happen in our area and plan SMART GROWTH for our new neighbors. As your Mayor I will work to make sure that all of Winter Garden's children are attending quality schools. As your Mayor I will work to find alternative funding to put our Parks Master Plan (...)
	What are the top 3 priority issues facing your community, and what actions would you take to address them if elected to office? Schools and Education I will work hard to make sure our children are attending the best schools in the County. I will rally the community around West Orange High School and make its success a focal point of Winter Garden. (Currently a D rated school) Public Safety I will make sure that the budgets for our Police and Fire Departments stay healthy in these tight economic times. TAXES I will make sure our taxes stay low and will not allow them to creep up again due to appreciation in home values. Roads and Infrastructure I will work hard to insure that our infrastructure catches up with the explosive growth that has been allowed to happen here in Winter Garden and plan smartly for our next 20,000 residents.
